Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went on 8/7 and I only have good things to say about my experience. Sophia and Antony did a great job at repairing my tire before I needed to go on a trip. Sophia was very friendly and Anthony worked very quick. I’m going to be going to this location only now for my tire needs. Thank you both for your help.

My tire pressure light came on again 2 days after filling all of my tires with air. Took my car in with the hopes that they could look at all the tires and fix the issue. I spoke with Richard who let me know they didn’t have any appointments that day so we made an appointment for 10am the next day. He mentioned it should take no longer than an hour to check out all the tires and see what’s going on. So, I went in for my 10am appointment. Turns out one tire had a nail, and they patched it up. I checked out at 11:25am. $33 for the job. Richard gave an additional little discount since it took longer than the hour he quoted the day prior. Overall very happy and pleased with my experience. I’d come back here again!

Wow. All I can say is wow. The customer service and care that the team uses here is unmatched! I have a Fiat 500, so it can be difficult to find honest mechanics to work on it. I recently had my ac system go out and Paul and Richard worked diligently to keep things in budget and make sure proper repairs were done. Including giving me a great deal on a compressor and condenser when those things stopped working mid repair. I will never take my car elsewhere! They are THE BEST!

I would like to leave a negative review regarding Firestone. I visited on Saturday to have a wheel alignment performed. After the service, I drove off and noticed a faint metallic knocking sound; I didn't have time to turn back immediately, so I continued on my way. However, the knocking grew louder, so that evening I stopped at another service center. There, a mechanic informed me—to my absolute shock—that the nut on the right-side tie rod end had not been tightened. As soon as I found myself back in the area where the alignment had been done, I went in and showed them a video demonstrating the issue. Their response was to claim that the tie rod end itself had excessive play; I explained that this was incorrect, as the knocking had completely disappeared the moment the nut was properly tightened. After all this, how can I possibly trust Firestone with my car? I paid them for a "lifetime" service, yet in return, I find myself having to double-check their work.

I recently had a tough situation with my car a huge piece of metal in my tire and a completely messed up donut left me in a bind. Thankfully, I ended up at Firestone, Paul Marlow and his entire team were phenomenal. They were nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, they handled everything with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. What could have been a stressful, expensive nightmare turned into a smooth and surprisingly easy process. They clearly cared about getting me back on the road safely without making things more difficult than they needed to be. It wasn’t just the work they did it was how they made me feel taken care of, informed, and respected every step of the way. That kind of service is rare these days. Because of the way Paul and his team handled my situation, they’ve absolutely earned my trust and continued business going forward. Highly recommend!
